As he grew older, the founder found that he had fewer and fewer things in common with his friends; after delving deeper into the study of wine, he realized that it is not just a beverage, but can also transcend age and background and connect friendships.
Since 2013, I have been sharing knowledge on Facebook and continuously pursuing further education to avoid stagnation in my teaching. After obtaining Level 4 in 2015, I traveled to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen to teach and refine my teaching skills. In 2018, I officially began teaching in Macau and also took on teaching positions in mainland China. By 2026, I aim to have trained over 2,000 graduates who are now working in various industries, including the wine industry.
Our Vision
In Macau, many education centers rely excessively on "continuing education" programs, turning courses into mere formalities, resulting in a general teaching quality that is inferior to that of neighboring regions; furthermore, the use of part-time lecturers to cut costs makes it difficult for wine training to align with international standards.
Our founder earned a Master of Wine degree overseas, learning from top experts, and returned to Australia to establish our center, providing truly "international-level" wine education. Through hands-on tastings, food and wine pairings, and situational training, we help you quickly master the skills, share them with friends to relieve stress, and transform your expertise into workplace competitiveness to earn a higher salary.
